Are your products handmade?

Many of our products are handmade or finished by hand with care. Because of this, slight variations may occur and make each item uniquely special.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Please allow 7–14 business days for physical orders to be prepared before shipping.

Eden's Little Brother is run by one mom...not a large company or warehouse. Many products are handmade or finished by hand, and some materials may need to be sourced after an order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Where do you ship?

At this time, Eden's Little Brother ships within the United States only.

What is the difference between physical and digital products?

Physical products are shipped directly to you. Digital products are files that you download and print yourself.

Can digital products be returned?

No. Because digital products are delivered electronically, all digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Can I return a physical product?

Return requests for eligible physical products must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Please contact us before sending an item back.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
